Thank you all for your well wishes as I turn 42! Such an outpouring of love…I love you all, too.

Commitment reigns in my mind these days. I treated myself to a good late night workout on that Saturday evening.

Sure, it was reasonable to take a day off for celebratory reasons, and…commitment! It was late, plus a weekend, and…commitment! So I was fasting all day, and…commitment!
I want my commitment to be bigger than any circumstances floating around it. I wish that for you, too.
