This great nonprofit initiative, the Initiative on Islam and Medicine, is holding two workshops in Northern #Virginia around end-of-life care and organ donation and how they intersect with Islamic values.

If you are a medical professional or and/or a concerned community member, I strongly urge you to attend, as it will enhance your practice and ability to answer critical questions on these subjects competently. Let’s face it– you do not want to be researching end-of-life care questions when a loved one is on his/her death bed!
